At StripeTheWorld, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for every customer. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for review, customers must provide:

Order number
Clear photos of the item received
Clear photos of any damage
Photos of the packaging

Failure to provide the required information may result in the claim being denied.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be issued solely at StripeTheWorld's discretion if:

The wrong item was shipped by us.
The item arrives significantly damaged.
The order cannot be fulfilled.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Incorrect size selection.
Buyer’s remorse.
Delayed shipping caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Minor variations in color, design placement, packaging, or manufacturing details.
Failure to read product descriptions before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact StripeTheWorld before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or attempts to obtain products without payment may be challenged using order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and any other available evidence. StripeTheWorld reserves the right to refuse future service to customers who engage in abusive or fraudulent activity.

Lost or Stolen Packages

StripeTheWorld is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
